BOSS FM U

 

BossFM U was a 15-week curriculum-based internship program that was conceptualized, developed, branded, actualized and pitched to universities by myself on behalf of my client, BossFM.

During the 15-week program, students were taken through three phases of the learning process. Phase one, which spanned about 3 weeks, taught students every aspect of radio in a classroom setting. Phase two, which spanned 2 weeks, allowed students to brainstorm and conceptualize their own radio show, and the remainder of the internship program the students ran their own syndicated radio show weekly.

 
 

STRUCTURE

BossFM U recruited 20 students and split them into groups of 10 that met on Monday/Wednesday Tuesday/Thursday Respectively. Each week the teams would learn various aspects of radio and would be given an assignment or worksheet to complete to demonstrate competency
